Shipping policy
Orders
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. All orders will be sent within 2 working days after receipt of payment. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond Von Eusersdorff's control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. When your order is delayed, we will inform you via e-mail. We strive to keep this website as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible.
Delivery
The delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. Orders will be processed and shipped within two working days of receipt of payment. Von Eusersdorff cannot be held responsible if their shipping partner is unable to deliver the order to the customer within the time frame indicated.
Shipping costs
Our shipping conditions are shown at the checkout. If the total amount of your bag is below the minimum order amount for free shipping, the shipping costs will be automatically added in the checkout.
Delivery zones
We ship to addresses throughout Europe. For shipping outside Europe, please get in contact with us for custom shipping and/or referral to a stockist near you.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary by country. Orders shipped to a Dutch address should arrive within two days of despatch. Most European addresses arrive within five days of despatch, but can take up to 10 days.
Order tracking
When we ship your order, you will receive track and trace information by e-mail. Information available in the tracking process once it reaches your country will vary depending on the (local) carrier.
